Below are a few case studies from clients that have allowed us to share their results from our marketing campaigns.  We will occasionally be updating this page with more case studies with client permission.

Actual Case Study performed December 2018

Here is the real-world data from one of our client's recent campaigns using our Ringless Voicemail (Voice Drop) platform. This was an outbound direct voicemail based marketing solution to prospective clients.   

All contact list data was provided by the client, from their own database, yet this is considered a “cold” list.

Message Delivered:

“Happy New Year! Is one of your resolutions to be healthier? At {Chiropractor's Office} we focus on whole person wellness and we would love to be a part of your 2019 plan. I'm calling to personally invite you in for a totally free consultation and 15 minute neck and back massage – perfect after a long day of holiday shopping! Schedule with my office at 555-1234 today! Quick – these massages are getting booked fast and I don't want you to miss out! ”

Campaign Results:

List Size: 975 numbers – Landline: 523, Cell: 452
Successful Drops: 975 delivered messages

Within 24 hours, our client had received 49 callbacks to his message.


Automotive Related (Dealerships, Service centers, etc.)

Actual Case Study performed 1st qtr 2018

Here is the real-world data from one of our client's recent campaigns using our Geo-Conquesting platform which "Acquires your competitor’s customers." This tool utilizes satellite and cellular location data to identify and capture a smartphone's location.  For more information on how this technology works, please refer to our "Toolbox" under services.

Specific client ads were then "displayed", even while people are still at the competitor’s location, through any of the 180K apps that have an advertising agreement with our licensed service provider.

Some of these apps include, many of the mapping apps, dating sites, news organizations, weather apps, etc. There are simply too many to list and we intentionally didn't list names due to copyright & licensing as SWMicrosystems Media has no affiliation with any of these sites.

Additionally a Retargeting (another geo-tool available) campaign was used for an additional 3 weeks to try and drive more people to the dealership. Note: Retargeting costs a fraction of the cost of cost-per-click (cents vs $$) and can be done for up to 1 year.

Campaign Details:
Client was a Mercedes Dealership selling both new & used vehicles
They targeted 4 competitors

  • An Audi Dealership
  • A BMW Dealership
  • An Infinity Dealership
  • A Lexus Dealership

Campaign Results (first 90 days):

  • 6,369 - Smartphones were targeted at the competitors’ locations
  • 282,315 – Ad images were shown
  • 250 – Walk-In’s from the competition
  • 74 – SALES!!!

“Hi! My name is Brian and I'm with {HVAC Company} and I'll be in your neighborhood this week working on a few of your neighbor's heating units before winter hits us in full force. I'd like to be neighborly and offer you a free inspection while I'm out there, just in case something has gone wrong since last winter. My number is 555-1234. Thanks!”

Campaign Results:

List Size: 1,190 numbers – Landline: 791, Cell: 399
Successful Drops: 1,190 delivered messages

Within 24 hours, our client had received 23 callbacks to his message.

Note: Additionally the client could have added the Geo-Conquesting platform and used the retargeting tool to target neighborhoods in the 12-18 years since built time frame as this is the typical life expectancy of an A/C system.
